Wang Hui, chief financial officer of Longguang Energy, said that the company plans to independently develop and operate 350MW to 400MW photovoltaic power stations next year, acquire 50MW to 100MW photovoltaic power stations, and build 2 to 3 smart energy service platform smart parks. In the medium and long term, the smart energy service platform will be the company's largest contribution to the business sector.
Liu Zhengang, vice president of clean energy operations of Longguang Energy, said that the company will strive to build a smart energy service platform, which is embedded in the energy consumption area and takes the power grid as the carrier to realize intelligent dispatching for customers. it is compatible with the extension of distributed energy, energy storage system, heating and heating energy, and provides consumers with all-round intelligent services in the last kilometer. Wang Hui pointed out that the income of the smart energy platform mainly comes from electricity revenue and subsidies, direct purchase of electricity, earning electricity price difference and user energy-saving value-added services.
As for the Hebei Baoding East Lake PPP project announced by Longguang Energy in July this year, Wang Hui pointed out that the investment scale of the PPP project will reach 9 to 1.1 billion yuan next year, and the company will receive a fixed return from the government according to the amount of investment. He added that the PPP project can also serve as a customer base for the development of a smart energy service platform. In addition, the company will make full use of the group's existing diversified real estate business user resource advantages, rapid development of smart energy solutions, play a huge synergy.
